He's not in the top tier of Brazilians greats like Pele, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos, Carlos Alberto, Romario etc as he hasn't won the WC and in Brazil if you don't, it's considered failure.
I wouldn't put him in the top tier greats either Zidane, Messi, C Ronaldo, Xavi etc. I'd say World Class, maybe on the same level as Kaka, although Kaka won both the WC and Ballon D'OR. I guess you could same the same for Vini and Rodrygo too.
