* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt and
combined seas of 7 to 12 feet.
* WHERE...Waters from San Mateo point to the Mexican Border
Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island.
* WHEN...Through 4 PM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rough seas can be expected due to a
combination of a long-period swell at 15 seconds, a short-
period swell at 9 seconds, and wind waves.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
