Josie Gibson looks incredible as she strips to her swimsuit live on air and takes a dip in plunging river in Finland

JOSIE Gibson looked incredible as she stripped to her swimsuit on live telly today.

The This Morning star braved the freezing temperatures in a river in Finland and said she was doing it “in the pursuit of happiness”.

She first appeared in her dressing gown and slippers while chatting to locals in the capital Helsinki about the secret to happiness, after Finland was voted the happiest place to live on earth.

The star and her cameraman filmed people hopping in and out of the icy river, before brave Josie gave it a go.

The shivering star whipped off her dressing gown and descended the steps, but within seconds she was screaming from the cold.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer reacted: “I don’t think you are happy Josie”

Another said: “Hahaha josie must be freezing”

Since her rise to fame on Big Brother, Josie has gone on to forge herself a career as a successful presenter.

The TV star shot to fame when she won the 11th series of Big Brother in 2010.

She received a whopping 77.5 per cent of the public vote (the highest ever).

Her biggest work achievement has to be regularly hosting This Morning.

Josie is also known for being a guest panellist on Loose Women.

In September 2018 Josie revealed she had given birth to a baby boy called Reggie-James.
