When it comes to work-life balance, not all cities are made equal. Europe is leading the way for healthy work-life balance, an analysis by Forbes has found.
Forbes ranked cities in Europe as some of the best in the world for work-life balance, but not US cities made the list. The rankings considered factors such as average working hours, the World Happiness Index, and annual-leave policies.

Scandinavian countries, such as Denmark and Finland, topped the list, with Helsinki and Copenhagen claiming the two top spots. The only non-European country to secure a place in the top 10 was Auckland in New Zealand.
