The Nation's Weather for Saturday, November 4, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Many places will continue to experience dry conditions today
with abundant sunshine expected for parts of the Southwest,
the southern Plains, the lower Mississippi and Tennessee
valleys and on to the mid-Atlantic coast. However, rain will
spread farther into the Pacific Northwest through the day as
a new storm presses onshore and pushes inland. Showers will
extend into portions of Montana by the end of the day.
Otherwise, showers may dampen areas of the central Plains
for a time, with the best chance in central and eastern
Nebraska. Showers are expected along the Atlantic coast of
Florida as well, but the best coverage of shower activity
will occur in South Florida. Spotty showers are also likely
to dot the interior Northeast.
