Larkspur auto chain
buys site in East Bay
A chain of auto dealerships based in Larkspur has paid $12.5 million for a commercial property in Walnut Creek, according to documents on file with the Contra Costa County Recorder’s Office.
Price Simms Management acquired the site through an affiliate, which also obtained a loan from Toyota Motor Credit Corp. at the time of its purchase. Price Simms executives didn’t respond to phone inquiries by the Bay Area News Group regarding the real estate purchase.
Price Simms Management is associated with the Price Family Dealerships and Tom Price Automotive. The company manages 28 dealerships in Northern California, including Toyota Marin in San Rafael, Polestar Marin in Corte Madera, Land Rover Marin in Corte Madera, Jaguar Marin in Corte Madera and Volvo Marin in San Rafael.
