[CCAC] Over 1,000 Student-Athletes Gain CCAC All-Academic Honors

CHICAGO --- A total of 1,047 student-athletes covering 16 sports and representing 15 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference member schools and one associate member have been recognized for their accomplishments in the classroom.  The league office made the announcement on Friday when it released the 2021-22 CCAC All-Academic Team honor roll.

CHICAGO --- For the 13th year in a row and the 14th time in 15 years, the Olivet Nazarene University athletics program has captured the annual Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) All-Sports Cup for 2021-22, the league office announced on Thursday.  The Tiger program used a conference-best seven regular-season crowns and three tournament championships to elevate it to the top spot, totaling 138 points.

CHICAGO --- For the second time in her 14 years serving as the head athletic trainer at Holy Cross College, Amy Heiby has been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Athletic Trainer of the Year, it was announced by the league office on Tuesday morning.  The selection was made by a vote of CCAC head athletic trainers.
