LIST: Texas Longhorns players in the transfer portal or opting out of Citrus Bowl

Texas has one more game remaining, the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl against Michigan on Dec. 31 in Orlando, Florida, but some players are either moving on to another program or getting ready for a potential NFL career and will opt out of the game.
