Goon sets sleeping man on fire inside Penn Station as ghoulish pals look on: cops

The victim was sprawled out in front of an entrance to the transit hub on West 31st Street near Seventh Avenue around 8:40 p.m. when the callous criminal – joined by two other men – ignited his clothes, police said.
