Off the back of the article about his future. What do we reckon will happen. I imagine we’re at a bit of a stalemate as Wire will rightfully so want a fee for him and I imagine we’ll be trying to broker the best deal that’s not to taxing. If the rumours a true he’s not welcome back at Wire but the way he’s playing most other SL clubs must be keeping an eye on things. Would we be willing to pay the rest of his deal off to sign him? Well being utterly depressed with the first team so far I found myself with a bit of spare time and saw the scholarship were at home. 8 minutes in and they've been a breath of fresh air, thy have a game plan, intensity and are 10 - 0 up.

I am worried with these and the other signings, even all the loan signings, it feels like chit or bust to me to get back to Superleague, i dont think for a minute MD is making these decisions either... if it fails its all over.

I'm torn with this one as he's a good player but the likes of Seb, English, Wilson, Hill even Ashworth are in front of him but and it's a big but.....Hill is 35, Seb is 32, they aren't getting any younger.

Not forgetting Greenwood who imo is a top prop so there's no room for him.

He's decided to turn the contra t dow for whatever reason, I wish him all the best in his career moving forward.

If Watson can get in a top winger in his place I'll be happier.

Positive update from DP on Wrench, could be back playing as early as Hull KR (H) on 12th May, but I'd think a reserves game that weekend would be more likely.

Hopefully he can put some pressure on Ratchford and stake a claim for a starting centre spot in 2024.
