Putin said that Russia has no one to go to “with outstretched hand”
Russia, unlike Europe, has no one to go to “with outstretched hand,” so the country needs to maintain a healthy economic situation. This was stated by President Vladimir Putin at the VTB Capital forum “Russia is Calling!”, Broadcast by RBK.
“We have no one to go to with outstretched hand, so we must nevertheless adhere to the rules that allowed us to maintain a healthy macroeconomic situation in the country in previous years,” Putin said.
For comparison, the head of state brought the countries of Europe, which, according to Putin, can always turn to Germany for help. “Well, in Europe there is such a strict, seemingly, but still a kind aunt, whom you can always turn to for help,” the head of state said.
In March, the State Duma approved amendments to the federal budget for 2020–2022 to implement the message of the President of Russia. According to the amendments, additional funds will be used to expand the maternity capital program, which included families with one child. In addition, payments for families with a second child have increased. An additional 600 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for these purposes.
Also included in the amendments was an allowance for classroom guidance for school teachers in the amount of 5 thousand rubles. In total, 178 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for education.
