The Council of the Moscow Bar Association for two years deprived the status of a lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, who represented the interests of victims in the case of a fatal road accident involving actor Mikhail Efremov.

“A decision has been made to terminate the status of lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky with a ban on admission to the qualifying exam for 2 years,” the press service of the Moscow Bar Association told Interfax.

Earlier, two disciplinary proceedings were instituted against Dobrovinsky because of public statements in the case of Mikhail Efremov. Former defender of the artist Elman Pashayev was stripped of his legal status due to disciplinary misconduct in September.
