firm’s big lease
San Francisco business software developer Okta, which went public in April, is the latest tech company to lease a sprawling office space in San Francisco this year.
The company — which charges businesses subscription fees for software that helps employees securely sign into and use cloud applications — announced Wednesday that it signed a 10-year lease for 207,000 square feet at 100 First St.
In September, Facebook signed a 436,000-square-foot lease at 181 Fremont St.
