Meet our 2017 Naughty or Nice Cookie Challenge winners

Your tried-and-true holiday cookies may be the hit of your family and friends. But we have six recipes that, in total, garnered more than 600 votes from hungry readers and tasters alike. Those recipes are the ones from our Naughty or Nice Cookie Challenge, presented by the Honest Weight Food Co-op and the Times Union. Back in October, we asked for recipes that would fall under the categories of Naughty (think sugar, butter, cream, chocolate and all the good-but-not-necessarily-good-for-you ingredients) and Nice (vegan, gluten-free, raw or generally includes healthier elements). Members from the Times Union and Honest Weight pored over all recipe submissions and narrowed it down to six — three Naughty, three Nice.
