A Penthouse In Dublin (That Hasn't Even Been Build Yet) Has Sold For €6.5m

You know when people are paying for something that's not even built yet, it's going to be special. It's the highest price ever paid for an apartment in Ireland and a penthouse currently under construction in Lansdowne Place has a new owner.

According to The Irish Times, the roof garden penthouse was purchased for a staggering €6.5m.

The buyer - who is unnamed - is understood to be an Irish businessman living overseas. The “super penthouse” has three double bedroom suites and a private roof pod with a large garden.

Since it has not been built yet, it's hard to tell for sure what the new pad will look like but the company have released a few pictures on their website of what they consider to be penthouse worthy...
