[Basketball - Men and Women] WBU Basketball Assists Food Pantry

The Wayland Baptist Flying Queens and Pioneers basketball teams presented Faith In Sharing House (FISH) food pantry a check for more than $1,000 and dozens of food items resulting from a special collection at recent games. Fans were asked to make a food or monetary donation in lieu of regular admission. Accepting the check is FISH Board President Ron Warren (second from right), and making the presentation on behalf of the Flying Queens and Pioneers are (from left) coaches Ty Harrelson and Alesha Ellis, Margaret Gaydon, Maci Merket, Tyrone Davis and Marko Zelic.
