[Men's Basketball] Thresher Comeback Falls Just Short at Ottawa, 97-94

OTTAWA, Kan. - The Bethel men's basketball team hit the road to take on Ottawa University earlier tonight for their final KCAC matchup of 2017. Coming off a 30-point loss to Saint Mary's on Saturday, the Threshers looked to end things a bit brighter before the Christmas break. Neither team was able to take full control of the game until less than 10 minutes to go in the second half. Ottawa created a double-digit lead for themselves, but the Threshers came back and fought hard all the way to the final buzzer. New career high's for Terrell Marshall (SO/Tulsa, Okla.) and Dakota Foster (SO/Moore, Okla.) helped keep Bethel churning, but the final bucket to get over the hump could not be found tonight. Bethel fell to the Braves, 97-94.
