Our team is not great, but not bad. We have some strength in depth. We can all sit and come up with our best team and formation, above is mine however until we can pass and move in the oppositions half which we seem totally incapable of doing we will never win or score.

David Cotterill is the only decent set piece taker that we have. He has to play, the fans just have to accept that he offers nothing in defence.

In attack our style should be to have our wide players getting balls in to the box whilst having 2-3 players there to finish the chance made.
