MANCHESTER -- Manchester United and Manchester City have both been given extra time to hand over their version of events to the Football Association following the confrontation in the Old Trafford tunnel after Sunday's derby game.
The FA originally asked the clubs to provide their observations by 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
However, that deadline has now been extended until 6 p.m. on Friday.
