KANSAS CITY, Mo. - United Soccer Coaches announced Wednesday the association's 2017 Regional Staffs of the Year for men's and women's soccer at the NAIA, NCCAA, and Junior College levels. This season, the men's soccer staff headed up by Directer of Soccer Randy Dodge, Jesus Miramontes, and Shion Jahangiri was recognized as winners for the West Region. On the women's side, Dodge, Lauren Walker, Ali Malaekeh, and Danyelle Westerfield took home the recognition for the Southwest Region. The Regional Staffs of the Year, listed below, will be honored at the College Coaches Awards Reception on January 18, 2018 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Independence Ballroom in conjunction with the association's 71st annual Convention.
