A tribute to the memory of Tony ‘Bayzo’ Camilleri
The Malta Concert Orchestra is performing the second edition of Suċċessi Maltin at the theatre of the Catholic Institute, Floriana, today.
This concert will bring back to life some of Malta’s best-loved songs in a concert dedicated to the memory of one of Malta’s foremost voices, Tony ‘Bayzo’ Camilleri.
The orchestra will be joined on stage by Paul Giordimaina, Joe Cutajar, Roger Tirazona, Catherine Vigar, Mike Spiteri, Mary Rose Mallia, Olivia Lewis, Renato, Georgina and Debbie Scerri. Under the direction of Paul Abela, the singers will perform popular Maltese songs as Fejn tħobb il-qalb, Kellek tkun int, Xemx, L-ewwel tfajla li ħabbejt, It-talba and Kemm hu sabiħ, among others.
