Witness: ‘It’s scary’

Resident of Jacksonville, Florida was nearby when shots were fired at a Madden Tournament and says he saw "a lot" of people running. The event was at Jacksonville Landing, a downtown marketplace, where the Sheriff reports there have been multiple
