DLF Seeds seeks clearance to acquire PGG Wrightson’s seeds

The Commerce Commission has received a clearance application from DLF Seeds A/S to acquire 100% of the shares of PGG Wrightson Seeds Holdings Limited from PGG Wrightson Limited.
