Time for 0 hour contracts then......it's not like they're "snowed under".......4 games a weekend with 2 in the middle, one in the in-goal and one on the touchline.....a full-time Video Referee (a child with a rule book could do that).
If we don't have enough, then the RFL/SL need to take some money away from the SL clubs to pay for them.........
