Raiders vs. Browns: Oakland game grades
Offense
Yes, the offense put up 38 points. But two touchdowns were set up by Cleveland turnovers deep in its territory. And for stretches, particularly in the third quarter, Derek Carr and Co. looked flat, eliciting boos from the home crowd. Marshawn Lynch ran hard and looked good.
Defense
Weird grade for a unit that gave up 42 points and was gashed for big plays. But the defense did produce four turnovers, including a pick-six and two crucial fumble recoveries that got the Raiders and their crowd back into it. Pass rush is still an issue: Baker Mayfield had all day to throw.
Special teams
Dwayne Harris finally got a chance to return some punts and had a 49-yard return that set up a field goal.
