Handlebar bag that can fit a tablet?

I'm looking for a waterproof handlebar bag for touring that can hold a 12" tablet, that will work with klickfix.

12" tablet is around 29cm x 20cm. The reason being is that if I go on tour, I was thinking of putting all the valuables into the handlebar bag so I can quickly take everything...
