Nirav was negotiating to get custody of diamonds, worth Rs 22.70 crore, in Hong Kong and had sent Nehal Modi, his stepbrother, to handle the crisis. However, the ED foiled his plan by forcing the man in possession of diamonds to send the valuables back to India. Nirav, prime accused in PNB scam, is trying to collect whatever valuables he had lying in different countries
