Advice on retiring old campy + wolber wheels

For context, I've been working to get my '84 Trek 610 back in riding shape, which has involved, among other things, a lot of wheel work. Wheels are Campagnolo record low flange 36H hubs laced to 27" wolber super champion 58s.
