Child dies in home treadmill accident; no charges expected

WHITEHALL, Pa. (AP) - The death of a 5-year-old boy killed in a treadmill accident at a Pennsylvania home has been ruled an accident.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office determined Monday that Ashim Gurung died from neck compression. Authorities say no criminal charges will be filed.
