Kim Kardashian trolled over Kanye West tribute: 'Imagine being married to a Trump supporter'

It isn’t just conservative figures like Donald Trump Jr. and Candace Owens who are sticking by Kanye West in the midst of his MAGA-hat-wearing, 13th-Amendment-criticizing mood: He can still count on Kim Kardashian.
As the rapper walks back his explosive statements from the weekend — he told TMZ he “misspoke” about the amendment, which abolished slavery in the U.S., and clarified that it was his staff, not the Saturday Night Live team, who “bullied” him about going on stage in a red MAGA cap — his wife of four years is showing support.
Kardashian, who reportedly watched from backstage as her husband gave his pro-Trump speech in the final moments of SNL‘s Sept. 29 broadcast, posted a tribute to West late Monday night, captioning it: “We got love.”
While more than a few fans were touched by the romantic display, their heart emojis did little to stem the tide of critical comments aimed at West.
“Ugh imagine being married to a Trump supporter — can’t relate!” read one comment, which has already fetched more than 900 likes.
“No, but you got an idiotic and ignorant husband,” another follower fired back at Kardashian.
“Tell yo man to read a book,” added a commenter.
While West took plenty of heat — with comments speculating about his mental health and links to President Trump — his reality star spouse wasn’t spared.
“You’re nothing more than a sympathizer at this point,” a commenter scolded. “You sit there and allow Kanye’s delusion to flow, basking in it … refusing to use your platform to voice how you actually feel, in fear of damaging your ‘image.'”
Another follower called the mom of three a “bozo” and “a whole letdown to this generation.”
The couple had their defenders, however. Some fans waded in to bolster their views and insist that it was unfair to judge Kardashian — who has been working with the Trump White House on prison reform — for her husband’s remarks.
