Russian President Vladimir Putin will oversee the signing of $5 billion deal this week to supply Delhi with S-400 air defence systems, a top Kremlin aide said. Putin will visit India on October 4-5. US has been warning India against the deal with Russia, which could attract sanctions under a recent law called CAATSA.
