I've read some of Michael Pollen's work and seen him speak once. A most impressive and knowledgeable researcher/writer on plants and food--as in the best I've personally come across. The title of this video jumped out at me, and it is a wonderful discussion (with another fellow who specializes in this area). I imagine that a number of folks here can relate to this informed and thoughtful discussion.
