Judge orders $6 million returned to doctor cleared in 'pill mill' case

Dr. Joseph Edwin Oesterling, a urologist, was acquitted of continuing a criminal enterprise, five counts of delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and one count of maintaining a drug house.
