Aselsan takes control of ULAK Communications

Aselsan has acquired a 51% share of SSTEK Defence’s subsidiary ULAK Communications, the company announced on 1 October.

The acquisition is subject to pending approvals, after which the Turkish defence company will hold a majority stake in the mobile communication and broadband systems
