Billions casts legendary actors Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis in an addictive, complex drama about the House of Cards-level power politics n the world of New York high finance.

It’s a bloodbath of egos between Giamatti’s shrewd and savvy (now-former) U.S. attorney Chuck Rhoades and the ambitious hedge fund don Bobby “Axe” Axelrod. Each of these power players spends their waking hours trying to outsmart, outmaneuver, and occasionally, outspend one another on an explosive collision course. It’s the sort of conflict and drama Wall Street is infamous for. The stakes are literally in the billions.

If the drama of Billions sounds familiar, the series is loosely based on the battles between former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara and hedge fund manager Steve Cohen. Season 3 took a surprising turn, setting up an unlikely alliance that may or may not make it all the way through season 4. We’ll soon find out.
