Southbound I-71 closed in Henry County by wreck

(AP) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports southbound Interstate 71 is closed in Henry County where a crash involving commercial and passenger vehicles has spilled diesel fuel into the median. Northbound traffic was also reduced to a single lane in the area for a period of time. The location of the wreck Wednesday is at mile point 36 near Campbellsburg. The cabinet says southbound traffic is being detoured off the interstate at Exit 43 and routed over to U.S. 42. The closure is expected to last a few hours.
