Raiders WR Amari Cooper out of concussion protocol, still sidelined by ankle
Raiders receiver Amari Cooper took a step toward returning to the field Wednesday by clearing league concussion protocol, a team spokesman confirmed. But Cooper was a non-participant in practice, still sidelined by an ankle injury he suffered on the same play as the concussion. His status for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs remains uncertain.
