Pope Francis has given Paris and Mexico City new archbishops, filling two important positions in the Catholic Church with churchmen he has known and promoted in recent years.   Francis named Monsignor Michel Aupetit to replace the retiring Paris archbishop, Cardinal Andre Vingt-Trois.
