Piraeus (Greece) (AFP) – Iran defender Ehsan Hajsafi, who helped his country reach this year’s World Cup finals, formally signed for Greek champions Olympiakos on Tuesday. Hajsafi, 27, has made 89 appearances for Iran and scored six goals for his country. DeMar DeRozan has broken the Raptors' record for most points in a game by a single player as Toronto started the new year with a 131-127 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. Before him, former Toronto stars Vince Carter and Terrence Ross held the joint record with 51 points but DeRozan beat that by one on Monday night to also claim a career high of 52 points.
