WAVERLY, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a 16-year-old girl stabbed a classmate once in the back with a knife in an Ohio high school cafeteria and was quickly taken into custody. Officials say the wounded girl was hospitalized in stable condition after the stabbing Friday morning at the high school in Waverly, roughly 60 miles (97 kilometers) south of Columbus. GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The Latest on the North Dakota GOP endorsing convention (all times local): 10:30 am. North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has the approval of Republican convention delegates to run for another term. The former Grand Forks attorney and state legislator went unchallenged for the endorsement Saturday in Grand Forks. Stenehjem was first elected attorney general in 2000.
