Homeless man jailed for breaching bail conditions

A 33-year-old man who police found asleep in a garden in Marsa has been jailed for five months after pleading guilty to breaching bail conditions. Defence counsel Dustan Camilleri said in court that Fabian Sciriha, who has no fixed address, admitted that he had never signed the bail book, but explained that he had just been kicked out of his girlfriend’s apartment in Marsa and was also dealing with substance abuse issues.
