Many were unsure whether the Frenchman would be selected after he was arrested for drink driving earlier in the week, but it appears that Pochettino will stick by his man. However, it is still unclear whether Lloris will be donning his usual captain’s armband during the game at Old Trafford, as rumours suggest that, along with a £240,000 fine, the club could punish him by removing the honour. «SFGate» (sfgate.com)

KNOCK, Ireland (AP) — Pope Francis on Sunday denounced how Irish children were "robbed of their innocence and taken from their mothers" by Catholic-run institutions that put them up for adoption to erase the shame of having been born to unwed mothers.
