THE first residents and businesses forced to flee when fire ripped through the Charles Rennie Mackintosh building at Glasgow School of Art have been allowed to return to their properties. A devastating fire broke out at the famous building on June 15 and police ordered people in the immediate vicinity to evacuate for safety reasons.
