Four people were arrested for allegedly possessing illicit liquor in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district on Tuesday, police said. A police team arrested Surinder Singh and Raman Singh from Rajpura and Gagwal belts and recovered 115 and 50 bottles of illicit liquor respectively, a police officer said. Nearly 200 beer cans, seized and kept inside a godown in Kaimur district, were found empty, with officials blaming the rats for it.
