Search engine Elastic N.V. raised the price range for its planned initial public offering on Tuesday to $33 to $35 from a previous range of $26 to $29. In a regulatory filing, the company reiterated its plan to offer 7 million shares, and would raise $238 million at the midpoint of that range.
