An eight-year-old boy has succumbed to injuries in an explosion that occurred in a market in West Bengal's Dum Dum area on Tuesday morning.The child, identified at Bibhas Ghosh, was injured in the explosion that took place at 9.30 am in a fruit stall in the market.The cause of the explosion has not yet been ascertained, police said adding, "It was a high-intensity blast.
