China ETFs jump on strong economic data

Exchange-traded funds linked to Chinese businesses rallied Tuesday after a stronger-than-expected report on the country's service sector was released Monday night. The Invesco Golden Dragon China ETF gained 3.7% midday, and the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF was up 3.1%. The iShares MSCI China ETF gained 1.5%. Many China ETFs have lagged the U.S. so far this year: of Tuesday's big winners, KWEB has done the best in 2021, up 4.7% compared to an 8.7% rise for the S&P 500 .
