No violation of project layout in Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida Authority tells HC

The Greater Noida Authority has informed the Allahabad high court that no illegal construction has been carried out in the Jaypee Greens residential project. Jaypee Greens RWA has been fighting against a case against Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL) in the Allahabad HC since 2021, alleging that the developer has encroached upon 49 acres of land earmarked for a golf course in the township by deviating from the original layout plan.

2 dead, 2 injured as truck hits bike amid dense fog on e-way

Four youths were killed and two were injured when a truck crashed into their bike from behind on the Noida Expressway early on Thursday. Police said the four- Bhawna Shobhit Kaushal and Sonu- were returning home from work at an eatery in Greater Noida when the accident occurred near the Advantage Building in Sector 142. Adani seeks land near airport for warehouse project

Oil prices extend gains on lower U.S. fuel inventories
