Leopard kills a woman

A woman was killed by a leopard in Kannayakanahalli in T Narasipura Taluk just after dusk on Friday. The woman has been identified as Siddamma 60. The incident happened in the backyard of her house located in the middle of her field at 630pm. The woman was collecting firewood when the big cat pounced on her. This is the third human death in the last 82 days in T Narasipura. The deceased family members are protesting at the incident spot and refused to lift the body from the spot. Siddamma leaves behind husband children and grandchildren.
