A good first half was not enough: TSG Hoffenheim lost 3-1 (0-1) to Union Berlin after conceding two late goals. The returning Ihlas Bebou deservedly put TSG in front shortly before the break (43), but Union Berlin dominated the second period and turned the match on its head, with a late brace from Danilho Doekhi (73, 89) and a Jamie Leweling goal (90+6) condemning Hoffenheim to defeat.
